Swim and Dive

We are hosting ONW Swim Camp May 28-May 31st at Prairie Trail Middle School. Novice and Seasoned swimmers will be divided into groups based on skill level. The camp will cover the 4 swim strokes, turns, drills and cardo fitness for anyone interested in finding out what Swim Team is all about or anyone who wants a head start on their summer league training. All swimmers will need to bring their swim suits, towel and goggles and must be able to swim across the deep end safely by themselves . Equipment will be provided if needed.
YOUTH CAMP SCHEDULE: TUESDAY, MAY 28th - FRIDAY, MAY 31st
Location: Prairie Trail Middle School Pool - enter on the West Events side
Grades 2nd-4th: 9:00-10:30 AM
Grades 5th-9th: 10:30-12:00
